Jet Sprayer Parts are used in self-propelled boom sprayers, informally known as "grasshoppers".
Where are Agricultural Sprayer Parts used?
The agricultural sprayer parts manufactured by Implemar are used in sprayers as accessories and/or components of the sprayer boom segments. Mainly in harvests (be they corn, soybeans, coffee, etc.) in order to prevent the spread of "pests" that may destroy or damage the plantations.
Normally, with use, they need constant evaluation to avoid problems precisely when they are most needed, that is, in the months of peak spraying. In this regard, it is essential to periodically check the cleanliness, check the fittings, check the replacement of components and especially the need to replace the boom segments or the entire boom.
The booms are replaced in their segments, in the entire boom or in their components. Therefore, it is possible to replace only part of the busbar, segment 1, 2, 3 or 4, or in more necessary cases, the entire busbar, that is, all segments. Implemar is a manufacturer of complete busbars, whether 14, 18, 21, 24, 27, 28, 31, 32/36, and sells them separated by segments, giving the reseller or consumer the freedom to buy only what is necessary at the time. And finally, replacing the sprayer parts that make up the bar segments, these parts are called Components.
What is a sprayer bar segment?
The sprayer bar segment is nothing more than the parts of the busbar. An 18-meter busbar is separated into segments to facilitate handling of the sprayer and inspection and replacements. The joining of the segments allows for bends in the busbar, giving it the appearance of a Grasshopper.
Normally, a busbar has 1 to 4 segments separated on the left and right sides. Therefore, when quoting a boom, the customer may have the option of buying only 1 side, and only the segment that needs to be replaced.
A practical example to make it easier to understand: a farmer is spraying his soybean crop with a sprayer with a 24-meter boom and notices a problem with the spraying, that is, with the boom. He has a mechanic check it out and it is identified that segment 2, on the left side, needs to be replaced. He can then contact Implemar, informing them of the name of the sprayer, the segment he needs and the side (check which sprayers Implemar manufactures with booms). With this information, he can generate a quote and inform the delivery time. In addition, he can also identify the need to replace parts for the sprayer, here called COMPONENTS, that is, smaller parts that are part of the boom segment that need to be checked and replaced when purchasing or replacing the segment.
