Looking to the future from 2024 onwards, Paulo Mizota emphasizes the new phase of Implemar, focused on transferring all the knowledge acquired in 25 years of operation to its products, prioritizing safety, durability and trust for customers and employees. This new vision also encompasses services and customer experience.
The company is now strongly focused on the service provided to resellers and the market in general. To achieve this goal, the service processes were reformulated, adopting a mindset that prioritizes speed and efficiency.
