Implemar Warranty Term

Implemar S.A. will grant to the original purchaser the guarantee of parts and components that, in service and normal use, have manufacturing or raw material defects duly proven by Implemar, obeying the following rules that follow.

Warranty term
3 months.

Warranty application
The parts replaced in this regime will be the property of Implemar.

Loss of warranty
The effects of the guarantee will cease when any of the following causes are found:

• Misuse of the equipment, contrary to the technical instructions in the manual;

• Abuses, overloads or accidents, repairs or disassembly of components by unauthorized persons;

• Operation or handling by disabled persons, negligence in maintenance, modifications introduced that affect the functioning, stability and safety;

• Incorrect or incomplete fulfillment of the warranty request;

• The effects of the guarantee will also cease when the sprayer is used in adverse conditions (abuses such as: applying at speeds above those recommended, crossing wide-base terraces, work overload, accidents etc.).

General
Eventual delays in the performance of services do not give the owner the right to indemnity or the extension of the warranty period.
